But that would mean you living in Los Angeles, Jimmy, and I could never see that happening. Hell, as I recall, you are yet to get your Irish ass out here for a WAY long overdue visit to see one of your best friends.

I've had this idea for quite some time. I think it would be awesome, and even though I can't afford it right now, I figure better start looking, right? Start seeing how much it would cost me and sit down and write a business proposal and figure out if this is something that I could eventually profit from and love. And although my idea is not a ne one by any means, I think it would be in the L.A. area which makes me giggle at the thought.

No fair!
In the mid 90's I was doing PR for a club owner/promoter friend of mine and we talked a lot about buying up one of Montreal's derelict theaters and turn it into a rep house. The plan never came to fruition mostly because what was available in accessible areas required hundreds of thousands for renovations alone.

Yeah, the theaters seem to be running in the millions around here. One day though, I will build awesome 2nd run theater and it will be glorious!
